Biography of Director: Minori OKA

Native of Tokyo and having studied in Italy and worked in Shanghai and Bali,
Minori speaks fluent Japanese, English, Italian, and basic Bahasa Indonesia.
For the past 5 years, she held management positions in the hospitality industry
(wedding, restaurant and hotel business in Bali and Shanghai).

Previously, she worked for a major importer of Italian wine and food products in Tokyo,
where she became familiar with food and beverage terminology in Italian and English.
In fact, she holds wine advisor license of Japan Sommelier Association and
translated an Italian wine guide to Japanese.

Currently based in Bali Indonesia, Minori established a company
to offer a new style of service for the hospitality industry in Asia.


The above experience and personal enthusiasm for work would assure clients
the efficient professional service.
